We all have different reasons why we wanted it. But what is the one thing you like the most about the car. The one thing that made you chose it over all the other possible choices you were looking at. Share with everyone here what it was since I know there will be a lot of different answers to this one.

What I like:
- 360 degree cameras
- adjustable 2nd row seats
- usable 3rd row seats
- decent gas milage
- remote engine start
- most of the crazy technologies
- Pandora playing off an iPhone through bluetooth sounds really good
- you can actually watch a dvd movie on the front 8" screen when the car is not moving according to the saleman

What I do not like:
- style
- lack of power
- interior design, though the cluster color looks pretty nice
- can't really open the glove box more than half way without hitting the legs
- I could see that it would be costly to repair if you hit either the front or back bumper due to all the sensors and cameras attached
- the ride is not as quiet as I expected

In comparison to other cars I test drove -
MDX - the JX has more tech in it and the MDX is aging fast. There isn't even a keyless entry and start.
FX - Liked the sportiness, hated the plasticky feeling the car had. Infiniti seems to be skimping a lot on quality these days. This is in contrast to their direction towards superior materials and workmanship a few years ago.
Evoque - Loved the styling and the uniqueness. Small but didn't mind it. Would have gone for it if they dealer wasn't such an ass and seemed the least bit interested in selling a car. He claims they were selling faster than they could bring them in... ah.
X5 - Too expensive. Will be going for a test drive next weekend. If we get it we might even do the European Delivery program.
M350 - Too expensive, I hate Mercedes interiors. Never feels like a luxury car.
RX350 - I don't like the exterior styling. Though I have to say I like this year's model better than last year's.
Expedition - Haven't gone around to test driving one. A friend of mine had one that didn't age well. Things started rattling and the car was too noisy.

We did a simple comparison on 417infiniti.com about the JX's competitors. We looked at the MDX, the Audi Q7, and actually the Volvo XC60, which wasn't mentioned here yet - all seven seat luxury suvs. Link is here, check it out! :)

TL;DR version is that as a bit of a niche segment, refreshes can be few and far between. The JX is expected to be one of the premier Infiniti products, so you should be able to expect more regular refreshes and a more directed marketing angle from Infiniti Canada on this one - it won't be a 'build it so we have something to offer and forget about it' kind of vehicle.

Mdx - getting "new" tech features that have been in infinity for years! Too much road noise , ride not smooth, just couldn't get excited about this car it just seemed the best to pick from before the jx came out
Audi Q7- navigation and location of buttons frustrating to use ( maybe I'm spoiled from previous infinities) , interior workmanship seems cheap , rough ride
BMW - overpriced
Jx ... Love everything , quite ride, easy to use the numerous buttons on control panel ( found my way around them faster than salesman showing me the car ) display panel and camera very clear , love the weather display, good visibility and easier to park than my husbands Qx 56 ( I try to only go forward In it and park way out when driving it) interior nicely appointed, only dislike 1. I likes where Mdx blindspot indicator light is placed ( may be just my per phial vision) 2. Emergency button to close to interior light switch up front can be easily confused at night in car ... In my humble opinion the jx is the best one on the market ....

The doors on the model x aren't very practical. Gull wing doors are hard to close. You have to reach up high to bring it down. And if its electrical it'll just drain the battery and take forever to close.

The performance is good though. No comparison there. 0-60 in 5 seconds for an SUV!
