For those inquiring about WeatherTech accessories for your new JX, here is the response i rec'd today...6/7/2012:

Thank you for contacting MacNeil Automotive. I do apologize for the delayed response to your email. We do not have the liners available just yet for the 2013. We are looking at an estimated 2 months. Please feel free to fill out the product request form located on our website under the customer service link. We would be happy to contact you if and when they become available. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. We are happy to assist you.

I inquired due to a new JX on order.

I think someone else here emailed them and got the exact same answer. That was like a month ago.
Confirmed -- I received the same standard response a few weeks ago. They make great products -- I'll likely wait them out a couple of months after I take delivery of my JX (due 7/12 -- 8 week turnaround from order).
You can't beat these mats. We've put them on all our cars and love em. Hope they crank them out soon.

Do you plan to get the floor mats or cargo mat, and why are they so much better than stock?

I've seen their ads and the mat pics look very basic, like cheap plastic. I'm sure I'm wrong, but what am I missing?
I am looking at the infiniti all weather rubber mats as well. I think Im gonna go with them instead of waiting for the weather tech.

Yes, we will be getting the full package of mats from the dealership and the Infiniti all weather ones to use until Weather Tech comes out with the JX ones. With the rain up here we have to have something to start and it is a small price to pay to protect the carpets. Also not sure how long it may take Weather Tech to get the mats done. I was told possible 6 months.

The Weather Tech are a hard molded plastic and not cheap plastic at all. They fit the inside really well and come up on the sides far higher than any other ones I have ever seen. They are extremly well made and don't break down over the years. We live in the PNW and are always dragging pine needles, water, mud whatever the weather brings up here especially in the winter and they take it all on.

My wife is a bit anal about our cars and always insists on the Weather Tech and I have to say, when we take them out of the car we are trading in, our carpets look like brand new. What we have done is put them on top of the carpeted mats so we are double protected and have never had a issue with them interfearing with the pedals. If there is not enough clearance and they interfear in any way with the pedals, then we take out the carpeted names ones before putting in the Weather Tech.

I know that WeatherTech is not ready to have the floor mats for our new JX and even if they will, they probably will not have the full cargo mat that cover both with and without the 3rd row seats up, I guess. Because I checked their mats for QX56 and apparently they do not have cargo mat for QX56 either.
I got my JX with the factory rubber floor mats and they are great. They're perfectly cut to fit, especially for the second and third rows where there are slots for the moving seats. Their mats cut around all the slots perfectly.
I also got the factory cargo mat... I'm a bit disappointed that they're not rubber but some kind of thin fabric kind but the pro is that they have a folding part to cover also the third row's seat backs and stick to it with velco so that you can have the third row seats up or down without worrying about moving the mat. It works perfectly and it has a beautiful "Infiniti" emblem too which makes it look nice.
I'd recommend to go with the factory ones
