Do you remember the coverage of the guy who drove a brand new Ferrari California into the water during a test drive in California? Well if you don’t here’s the story on Jalopnik

Anyway, this is a very different type of swimming. We found some photos floating around online and this is quite worrying. I asked a real estate source who would be responsible for this from an insurance perspective and he said it would most likely be the Strata or management insurance of the building. Ouch!

These cars here are in the Residences car park at the St Regis Singapore following heavy rain in the region causing some flooding. A beautiful place to live, where a 4000 sq/ft suite goes for about $10,000,000. Although your home would be free of flooding up high in the sky, the underground parking garage doesn’t fair quite as well.

The cars here are some of the most exclusive super cars that we always cover. What a shame. Hopefully this is covered by someone’s insurance. Wouldn’t want to be out buying a new Lamborghini or Ferrari asking what my ‘slightly wet’ version was worth for a trade-in.

he Orchard Road area of Singapore is filled with shopping, entertainment and high-end living. Unfortunately, it’s also filled with lots of water at the moment, and that water found its way into the parking garage of the local St. Regis Residences. Home to people with a healthy number of dollars in their bank accounts, the parking garage is, not surprisingly, filled with all sorts of exotic machines.
