Address book on paired phone
* Is there anyway to access the address book on paired phone while driving? The voice recognition does not always work and the entire phone address book is disabled while driving instead of just the keyboard.

* Also the missed, incoming and outgoing call list does not scroll past 5 entries when driving even though there are 10 entries in the list. When I am stopped I can access the entire list.

The random disabling of things while driving is absolutely ANNOYING!

Phone switch
* Page 4-134 of the manual says "Press the PHONE button on the instrument panel or the phone switch on the steering wheel" There is no phone button on the instrument panel that I can see. Is this an error in the manual?
* Also per the manual there is a fuel economy switch with a gas button on the instrument panel, but haven't found this one either.

I absolutely love the vehicle. These quibbles that I posted in 3 parts are minor, but would love it if infiniti can fix them!

This came up maybe a month ago I think the arrow your referring to is mile to empty (pointing you to a gas station). If you look a the analog gas gage you can see the arrow points to the correct side of the car. This confused me at first

Yep. You're suppose to look at the actual gas gauge.

They shouldn't have put any arrow on the miles to empty display. This seems to be confusing a lot of people initially (including me).

My sales person tried to pair my phone for me before I drove the car off the lot. He could not. Told me, 'something is wrong with yor phone". I can make and receive calls and the bluetooth works but I have to make calls by using my phone. (Manual dial) Have not been able to get the address book to load. Placed on my list. Also the ICT sucks bad. Unlike my previous 2012 MDX, the car makes fast (as if you've floored it) moves to catch up when it lags behind the set speed. Yes, folks, I traded in a 2012 MDX, Tech which I drove for 6 months. What I did not like about the MDX:

Terrible mileage. Not even close to EPA estimate.
Rear seat leg room. Awful.
Archaic nav package. (turn a stupid knob)

What I did like was the smooth and responsive engine. I knew the JX would be different and am not getting more used the JX. And I can always use with the Sport Mode and get a sportier response. My JX (awd) is 2 days old and I am getting 22.3 in town and highway combined. The dealer filled the tank with regular unleaded and it runs great!
