I was just wondering if the AWS system on the JX35 based on the ATTESA found on its sibling models like G, M, FX & QX.
Also, what additional modifications does it have aside form being a biased front-wheel drive? Is it the same as the Nissan Juke's AWD?
The Nissan GTR has one setp up on the ATTESA, named the ETS-Pro. Is the JX a step-down or equal to the ATTESA?

Can anyone answer this guys question? Don't remember if the AWD was FWD or RWD biased. Not sure about the ATTESA.

From what I understand, the JX35 AWD system is a FWD vehicle until there is slippage sensed, then up to 50% of the power can be sent to the rear wheels. It cannot be locked into AWD mode, but the future Pathfinder will have that capability.

if you check out the intelligent AWD video under the JX specs on infinitiusa.com it has a video of a M class with RWD and switching to AWD
