My wife called Infiniti USA today to inquire (again) about status of our Bose gift, and glad she did. At first they couldn't find any record of our JX purchase or me pre-registering for the Bose promotion, but she finally got passed to someone who was able to locate our records in their files. In anycase, the Bose-deal files are apparently kept in limbo until someone (the customer in my case) contacts Infiniti USA and tells them to release the gift.
If you Pre-Ordered prior to Feb 29 (Bose Deal)
To those who preordered prior to Feb 29 and qualified for the Bose Gift:
Have any of you received your Bose gift yet? If so, how long after you took delivery of your JX did it take for your gift to arrive?

We waited another 15 days before calling today and again they couldn't find our records, but eventually we passed to someone who was able to piece it all together (we have our fingers crossed!)
So, I suggest you call shortly after the 10 days and get confirmation that the request has been approved and processed.
