I noticed recently that the lens cover on the passenger side fog lamp is broken. I am unable to find a replacement, all I see is replacement for the entire lamp assembly. Is there a source for just the lense cover?

I think there is no source for just the lens cover. You have to replace the entire lamp assembly. I can also recommend you to install led light. The biggest disadvantage of LED lights is the cost but they worth it. best led lights for cars - here you can read reviews and chose one for your Infiniti JX.

I actually have the XenonPro ones (the first on this list you shared) in my fogs but in HID, not LED. They've been working really well so far
