Nope, I don't think they will. It would be nice to have this functionality, but I have a bad feeling hardware will be required to support the improved integration.
Do you think Infiniti/Nissan will give us 2013 JX owners iOS in the car?
I don't know how many of you have iPhones, but one great feature that will be part of the new iOS 7 update due this fall from Apple is iOS in the car, where your iPhone will interface with the nav screen, Nissn has signed on to offer it in the 2014 models, I'm just hoping that the 2013 system is upgradeable to it.

Gawd I hope they pass on this, I hate the idea of being locked into one smart phone vendor.
I've seen posts saying "Nissan" will include IOS7 Siri, but nothing about specific models.
