i also didnt pay attention about the low seating position of second and third rows
They would be a bit too low for comfort for long trips but i think it works fine to us as kids would find the lower seats comfy

I'm only 5'8" and even to me, I can feel the 2nd row too low. Extending the feets under the front row seat would help a bit but the front row seats will have to pretty much be raised to its max height.
It's not a big issue to us because we like to sit high on the front seats and the second row is mostly for our young kids... so the lower second seats actually work perfectly for us.
If your usage of second row would be for taller kids/adults, then you probably would want to really spend some time on it in the showroom before you buy the new JX
