Saw that the FX has the hack to use the aroundview while driving. Tried to locate the speed sensor wire with no luck.
The wire harness with the wire that needs to be disconnected is too far into the dash to access. Maybe someone will find a work around soon.
Around view while driving helps keep nasty scraps from curb corners, well for me atleast.

It should be the same hack as the Nav Hack/DVD on while driving hack.

Did the bypass with a switch on my old FX35. Worked great for inputting Nav destinations while driving.

Just a reminder. You can always call Infiniti Connection and speak with your Infiniti Personal Assistant while driving. This is a much safer way to input things into the screen than typing on the touch screen while driving.

While that's true, the Infiniti PA is only free for a year then it's like $300/yr after? I also like the ability for the passenger to enter such information while driving.

Actually, I have a 2010 which is the current body style. Every function is enabled for mine!

You can use voice response to find/set destinations when you drive....in the end it is not too much different then Infiniti Connect because there is some latency in connecting and the person has to understand you...
My old Honda Navi does let you use the touch screen and it was convenient for my passenger (i.e. teenager) to help me...
I feel it is wise not to override the system because it can be distracting to play with navi so setting destinations in advance or being patient with voice control is the way I'll go...

Has anyone gotten front camera working at higher speed? I really want to be able to use it for parking and not have to be limited to. Slowing down to crawl speed of 6mph.
